Carlos brings to the firm more than 20 years of accounting experience, creative ideas, teaching skills and ability to address complex technical issues.  With a depth of expertise in accounting, finance and tax issues, he advises individual and business clients on such matters as corporate formations, cost accounting, tax planning and compliance.

Carlos believes that all individuals and businesses should be able to engage their CPA throughout the entire year, not just during tax season.  Year-round, clients may face challenging and complex decisions such as investing in employees or equipment or restructuring their businesses.  He is licensed to practice public accounting in Florida and is a American Institute of Certified Public Accountants “AICPA” and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants “FICPA” member.
